The chef will have everything they need in the "full" kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and counter space. Alerio has one pool (heated seasonally depending on temperature and at the HOA's discretion), and is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, beachfront local seafood dining, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Village, parasailing, snorkeling, wave runners, kayak rentals, and more! *The nearest public beach access is just across scenic 98 a 5-minute walk away at the Geronimo Access.

Our host was very quick to respond. The property was directly across the street from beach access. The three bedrooms & two bathrooms provided us with the space we needed. Unfortunately we stayed during Tropical Storm Bertha but still managed to have a nice time.

This condo was the perfect spot for a beach getaway. About a 5 minute walk from the front door to having feet in the ocean. There are also a number of restaurants/bars that are well within walking distance as well as a grocery store. My one recommendation for anyone staying here is to most definitely make the half mile trek down the road to Kilwin’s ice cream shop, it was easily the best ice cream we have ever had and was a nice cap to the evenings.
