"Beach Daze" vacation rental in Destin, FL is a 3-story, 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home featuring a private elevator that makes getting to and from the common areas on the second floor a breeze. The living area is newly furnished with a comfortable seating area, wet bar, large HDTV, and a private balcony. The perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee and watch the sunset. The dining area seats 6 while the breakfast bar can accommodate an additional 4. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is located off the common areas and shared with the king room on this level. The third floor is encompassed by the master suite and guest suite. The master king suite offers a walk-in closet, private balcony, and private bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, HDTV, and double vanity. The guest suite has a king bed, twin bed, and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Lastly, take the stairs or the elevator back down to the first floor where the other two additional guest suites are located. The neighborhood is located on pedestrian and golf cart friendly Scenic 98. Golf cart rentals are not allowed in this community however. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride. This community is also located near an abundance of shopping including an outlet mall with over 110 stores, local dining with the best views and seafood in town, and live entertainment including music, shows, and more. We also offer bike rentals at a discounted price so if you're interested please let us know!

Great location, great place comfortable enough for 10 adults and a few kids. They have a few minor items to improve like the condition of the kitchen utensils, pots and pans. Also conveniently located just a few steps from the beach and the pool.

It was stated we would have parking for 3 vehicles and there would be overflow parking but we were only given 2 parking passes and the overflow lot was full. We are in a 5 bedroom house, we needed more parking. We had to park one of our vehicles in the Publix parking lot. One of the guards gave us trouble letting us in because one of our cars didn’t have a parking pass. The gate didn’t always work and there was not always a guard there. The phone # listed on the gate keypad for help was not a correct phone #. The pool was supposed to open at 10 and never opened until. 11. The house’s refrigerator”s icemaker was broken. Maintenance came to check and didn’t know how to fix it. We had to buy ice. The bedroom on the main level”s bathroom mirror was very high. I’m five foot six and I could barely see in the mirror. But the house was very nice, had good seating in living room for everyone. The walk to the beach and pool was quick. The bedrooms had good space for pack n plays. Location of neighborhood is convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Awesome house. Great gated community. Quick walk to the beach and pool. Close to the crab trap restaurant. Absolutely loved the private beach. This is huge to me. The public beaches are always so full and we didn’t have to worry about this with our little kids. It was never busy and we rented the umbrella and chairs so we always had a place to setup at the beach. House was kept at a great temperature so we never got hot in the house. Clean house with lots of room. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, etc. we used the elevator when we checked in to bring all our items to the second and third floors. We used it when we left to load up our vehicles. This worked great. Check in was easy. We received our gate code, house code, wifi information, welcome notes and details about our stay shortly after 4 on checkin day. Great experience. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this gated community - Destiny by the seas. And we will be back.

Great house
The house and neighborhood was really convenient. Close to the community pool and close walk to the beach. Bedrooms, etc. are as pictured and kitchen was well stocked. You do have to be careful about parking - only 3 cars can fit at the property (one in garage and only two are allowed in driveway). There is excess parking in the neighborhood, but less than 10 spots total. We had a 4th car (the house fits 15 people, we had less than that but hard to all get there with our stuff in only 3 cars!) so it was an issue figuring out where to go. The pool was closed for the first few days of our trip and we couldn't get an explanation or anyone at the property to tell us why. Not the property manager or owners faulty, but obviously a little disappointing with kids who want to swim in the pool. The management company was responsive, but the office and guards at Destiny by the Sea were not helpful. We still had a great trip overall though!

Great house with a great location, just steps away from the beach. Jamie had everything ready for when we got there and was very responsive when we had a question on our second day of our stay. House easily slept the 10 of us and we were able to go to bed and sleep soundly even when teenagers were still awake below us. We'd stay there again.

The house was beautiful, kitchen well stocked, furniture very comfortable. Jaime was very responsive to all questions I had and helpful with a Christmas delivery I had during our stay. The only complaint I had was with FedEx. They left perishable delivery in mail room without notifying staff that it was delivered. Jaime went to look for it when I called to let them know that it had been delivered previous day. Thanks to him our Christmas dinner was saved. Would definitely recommend this house for a large group.
