We liked our stay but I thought the price for the quality of the rehabbed condo was too high. They didn’t have any bikes to use and some specific kitchen items. The shower curtain was moldy, the bedroom carpet was old and quite dirty. The bedroom didn’t have an operating widow to see outside or get air. The one burner on the stove top (electric) did not work. A few of the electrical outlets did not work ( the lanai was one) we weren’t allowed a later check out and my daughter is pregnant and was not feeling great so that didn’t help us at all. I left the place extremely clean. The view was amazing, even with high sand burm. The noise level there is high, the walks are very this( older construction)… lots of slamming doors and noise in hallways. The mucky duck is a winner as usual. :)

More than expected with additional amenities with beach chairs, towels. Location beautiful, great view and peaceful short walk to town and restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised and the renter was very responsive would definitely come back again such a great stay we love Captiva!

We originally booked another condo that Glass Casa was managing, but were disappointed in the condition of the original booking and after the first night _ we decided to contact them for support.<br/>Management explained that this was an older property and apologized for the disappointment we were experiencing. <br/>To rectify matters, they immediately offered (2) other Condo units in exchange if we would like to move to another location.<br/>We accepted the gracious offer and couldn't been more pleased with the accommodations. <br/>EXCELLENT management company to deal with.... they do really know the meaning of (Customer Service) and we would not hesitate to book with them in the future and highly recommend their services.
