This Condo is very nice. It looks like it was recently updated. It was spotless! The bed is very comfortable. The location is terrific with just steps to the beach. The beach chairs and umbrellas were in great shape. You can easily walk to many places - restaurants, stores and water park. Captiva Cruises is close by and their cruises are super and their staff is very friendly. The nearby restaurants we enjoyed most are the Bubble Room and Green Flash. Our stay at this condo was fantastic. Highly recommend!!

The unit was a very easy walk to the beach and the peacefulness of the entire area was beyond description. We had the pool to ourselves most days and the beach was breath taking. Had two issues with a power outage and WiFi interruption that was no fault of the owners but they were extremely responsive in helping reestablish connections. If you are planning to cook while there the kitchen is great but be sure to pick up any and all seasoning you plan to use as the utensils and pots and pans are there you will not find any other cooking supplies. This was a beautiful place to stay in an absolutely gorgeous place that will put you at peace and recharge the batteries.

Condo updated nicely. All basic amenities provided for entire length of our trip. Umbrella and chairs in good condition and easy to use. We love this location, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Still some construction but didn't impact trip. Communication was easy and responded quickly.
