Everything about this condo was perfect!! We loved having so much space, everything was clean and beautifully set up. The only thing we didn’t love was the pool area being smaller than what we usually have, but everything else made up for that part! Will definitely be back!

The Condo was perfect for our party of 6. All beds were comfortable and clean. The property secure guard, Derek, was over the top in a bad way. The beach chair company was very aggravating, too. Chairs were reserved and sat empty all day. We were out on the back side row when we sat and watched all the front row cheers sit empty all day. The beach property lines in 30a have taken on a new level of frustration. It was like you trapped in a play pen and cannot go over the line. Literally, the property secure guard, Derek, stood guard watching to make sure no one’s crosses over the line. I’ve been vacating in 30a for over 10 years and this will be our last vacation in this area. I was hoping Blue Mountain Beach would have been different from the other 30a beaches but unfortunately it is the same crowds.

They will not let you set the a/c below 72 which is not ideal when the rooms get very hot from the sunlight. The property was beautiful though and the beds comfortable.

We found our condo just as described. The location is convenient to 30a attractions but the low key, quiet nature of the area is what we like the best. We observed lots of young families and older couples who were polite and respectful. Glass Casa personnel were easy to contact and very prompt. We had NO issues with our unit but any time I had a question it was addressed promptly. We loved the deck on our unit. It is very roomy with great furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and roomy. Another plus is the ease of disposing of trash. Each floor has access to the garbage chute - just a few steps away! The area around the condo unit is delightful, all of the vegetation makes it seem secluded! Spotless campus! Can’t wait to go back. BTW - excellent beds and pillows!

Had a great stay at this beautiful condo! The cleanliness was pristine. The only issue we had was the air conditioner seemed to not work for the first night, but luckily it was not too hot outside yet. The rental company was fast and prompt with that repair the next day! Other than that, we had a perfect stay. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Beautifully updates and would definitely rent this unit again!

Kicking off summer
Condo was clean and updated. Had a nice size balcony with plenty of sitting. The area felt safe with security codes needed to enter pool area and buildings. Access to beach was convenient. Favorite part of the condo itself was it felt open and inviting with all the natural light. Covered parking for one car with access to carts for loading. Additional parking available outside of parking garage. Easy access to bikes and beach accessories.
