This three bedroom newly renovated beachfront vacation rental condo, Crystal Dunes 306, located directly on the beach, will accommodate up to eight guests, making it an incredible choice for your next family beach getaway. Relax on your private covered balcony and take in the view while you enjoy the shade in comfortable lounge chairs. Take a short walk downstairs and spend your days soaking up the sunshine on the beach or splashing around in the community pool (seasonally heated) at Crystal Dunes. Vacation along the stunning white shoreline of the Gulf of Mexico at Crystal Dunes in Destin, Florida. As an added bonus, this condo comes with complimentary seasonal beach service including 2 chairs and 1 umbrella setup on the beach daily for your use. Seasonal beach service begins March 1st and ends October 31st.
The kitchen now features brand new stainless steel appliances and counter tops. The dining area and breakfast bar can now seat up to nine. The master bedroom features a king bed with incredible views of the Gulf, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom comes with a set of twin bunks each with their own flat-screen TV. In addition to the bedrooms the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa. This vacation rental condo can comfortably sleep a total of 8 people and is the perfect beachfront condo in Destin for your vacation getaway!
Crystal Dunes resort is in a convenient location directly on the beach and offers several amenities, including a community pool, hot tub, and barbecue grill area. Spend your days splashing around in the community pool at Crystal Dunes in Destin, or stroll down the private beach boardwalk and soak up some sunshine in the sand. Crystal Dunes also offers community barbecue grills for you to take advantage of when you are not delighting in a savory treat at a nearby restaurant.
*Please note per the HOA: Parking is permitted for 2 passenger vehicles per unit. No trailers, jet skis, RVs or boats are permitted in the parking lot. All vehicles require a parking pass or owner sticker issued by the Association. Vehicles without a parking pass will be towed at the owners expense.

Everything was top notch! The only trouble we had was trying to enter or exit from the pedestrian gate. It never worked for us or other people so we had to use the car gate if we wanted to leave the property. Camile’s coffee shop was at a walkable distance and so delicious!! I would also suggest to the cleaning people to use something that doesn’t smell like bleach while cleaning. For some of us we are sensitive to strong smells of bleach and that took about 4 days to not smell so strong. Using more natural cleaning products would have made our stay even better. Upgrading the bed linens to a higher thread count would also be wonderful. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely go back to Destin! I would check with the host on what they use for cleaning supplies next time, that was my fault for not asking.

The host quickly responded to questions I had and the view was beautiful. The only downside we noticed was the cookware had rust stains but we were able to get around that. But other than that, the location was perfect and the condo was spacious. The building itself is not huge which is what draws us to the smaller places. The beach was not overly crowded and that’s always a plus for our family. I would definitely book here again.

This was an amazing location and perfect size for our family of 5. We love Destin and have stayed at high-rise condos and now smaller buildings as well. Being on the 3rd floor makes for an easy walk to/from the beach and we barely even used the elevator. It was also nice that the unit had sand toys and extra beach chairs to go along with the included beach service (1 umbrella and 2 chairs setup for you every day). Overall its a very nice condo. Our only complaint was the lack of any condiments. No coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc. This also could be due to the unit only having 1 reviewer prior to our stay which makes me think it was just recently put on here as a rental.

It’s a very nice condo and set up great. Little noisy though as you can hear the rooms above you walking and thumping. As for the master bedroom the bed is amazing and the walk in shower is a plus. The down side is there is no privacy in the master bedroom with the barn door. It has a 2 inch gap all the way around and the living room can look right in. Other than that the place is amazing and would definitely rent again

Loved this place for our family getaway!! Glass Casa Rentals took care of pretty much everything, even some fun activities around Destin. The condo was relaxing, comfortable, beautiful, & had all of the fun little things we needed for the beach, as well as to stay inside & entertain ourselves. And the view was incredible! It had almost all of the supplies we needed to cook & clean for our family of 5- really saved us time & money. We stayed 6 nights & did need to get some basics like dishwasher soap, laundry pods, trash bags, paper towels, & toilet paper (gave us 2 of each but those went quick!). We also had to go out & get seasonings like salt & pepper & such- not a big deal but it would be great to have a single service or smaller sizes option instead of having to buy it all & leave it there. Location was great too, close to everything & far enough away from the harbor for traffic not to be so crazy. We already want to come back!

Great Weekend Getaway
Stayed at CD306 and was very satisfied with the unit. It’s more geared toward adults as there is not a lot of amenities other than a pool and hot tub. Didn’t matter being this was an adult trip. The unit was clean, well stocked and very nice. The view is incredible and it’s right on the beach. Bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Overall no issues during our stay and had a great time. Good location between destin and Miramar. Gated access and private beach. Would definitely stay again.

It was imperative to be on the beach and we were! The accommodations were very nice. I am an extremely picky person when it comes to cleanliness and only found the bathroom floor to not be up to my standards. The location to anywhere you would want to go is perfect! Ability to have long walks within a neighborhood or on the beach perfect! The beach was roped off just for our building which was very nice. The only improvements would be the couch’s are in need of replacing… they are so broken down that they are uncomfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The decor in this condo is beautiful and relaxing. The building is quiet and the view is magnificent. I would change the master bedroom barn door asap, as it doesn't fit the door hole. We had to drape a blanket on the crown molding around the door to have privacy, but there was no sound privacy. No weird smells or broken things, a lovely place to stay.

The property was beautiful and just as pictured. The sliding barn door on the master doesn't allow for a lot of privacy, and you can hear every sound in the living area. This may or may not be a problem for you. The only real complaint I have is that the WiFi didn't work, except for maybe the first day. Also, I'm not sure this service is related to the property, but at the beginning of the week, we arranged for a certain number of chairs and umbrellas. They got it wrong every single day. The main problem with this is that in addition to the cost of chairs and umbrellas, they take a 25% tip off the top.

Wonderful Vacation
The condo was just as pictured, very well stocked and clean. The property, including the pool, was clean and inviting.
The internet was a bit troublesome as it continued to go out. When calling Cox Television we were told there was no such account, needed the account number which was not provided.
In general we had an incredible vacation, great location, close to activities and restaurants. Our favorites are Dewey's on the Harbour and the main location. Back porch was good but expensive. Camille's, across the street, was amazing!

The property was exactly as described. Very pretty. Nice location. Great view. The beds slept well. Kitchen was stocked with a lot of utensils and pots but only one pan. One towel for the kitchen and it was small. We brought our own thank goodness (I did forget my yellow dish rag so enjoy 😊) We washed bath towels daily. Security was very nice.
I do not feel the condo was very clean. The fridge did not look to be cleaned very well. The master bath faucets were rough. The shower doors leaked so the floor was always wet. The rug in the master needs replaced it was very dirty almost black in color.
The beach is first come first serve (unless you pay $35 extra a day then you can have reserved chairs) so if you are not down there at 8am you will probably not get a chair on the ocean. You may have to have chairs in the back row. We went down one morning at 8:30am and put our towels on a couple of chairs that were not tagged and came back about 30 mins later and didn’t have chairs. Our towels were moved and we had to get chairs put up for us in the back row.
Overall we had a great vacation. We will be back next year just a different condo.

Great location, great stay! I would have like to have had more cooking pots and pans for cooking. Also, base boards were really dirty and dusty---recommend cleaning service do a better job on those. . The AC filter was very dirty but the minute I addressed it with management, they came right over and changed it out---so very prompt. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit, since not many towels are provided . Beach was beautiful! Loved our view from our balcony. We will be coming back . Very few minor hiccups.

The dryer is stacked so for the short people you need a tall person to turn on .Very easy beach access, there are carts to carry in your items. Almost all of our immediate needs were expeditiously met. The location is excellent and the beach chairs included is a huge bonus! Love the private beach.
Condo was immaculate, pool was clean, elevators were an awesome bonus. Clean beach, clean space - very recently updated.
My only ONLY criticism - if traveling with a family, there is no way to lock the door from the inside - there is no deadbolt that slide locks - there is a key deadbolt from the inside to which no key is provided, sadly. Our toddler kept escaping and we had to barricade the door. Just a note. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay, comfortable beds, gorgeous kitchen with tons of space and the porch overlooking the ocean was wonderful. When the cable/TV got adjusted off kilter someone was there within the hour and fixed it immediately. Pool was also incredibly clean.

I think the unit we stayed in was overpriced. We had friends at the same complex who had a 4-bed, 4-bath that had a much better price. My daughter, same thing, she was at Seascape and had a beautiful unit for about half the price I paid. I did like that Crystal Dunes was on the beach and that we were provided an umbrella and 2 chairs each day. Also, the complex was very well maintained. I received a call from maintenance that after doing their check list they found there was no blow dryer in our unit and they brought one to me. I didn't bring mine, figured they didn't provide one, and was getting ready to go buy one so that was a nice surprise.

It was very nice and I would go again. I did not think the extra blankets were real clean. Clothes washer did not work on arrival but they did there best to repair. The porch door and frame on the outside needs cleaning and paint. Master bed room matters was to soft for us. Had to use the other bed room.
