The entrance level of this Destin vacation rental offers a King bedroom with patio access, a bunk room furnished with 4 twin beds, a shared hallway bathroom and laundry area. A stairway leads to the 2nd level open concept living area with plenty of space for vacationing families who want to spend time together. The custom gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal! An oversize kitchen island seats 4-6, and there is farm table seating for 6-7. Our stylish living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, a 60" Smart HDTV, and balcony access. There is an additional sitting alcove in the living room with two small sofas – perfect for the kids' afternoon nap! A queen bedroom with a Juliette balcony and a shared hallway bath complete the 2nd level.
The 3rd level opens to a spacious king master bedroom with a stunning master bathroom and generous walk-in closet space. There is an additional queen bedroom on the 3rd level with a private bathroom and laundry area. For your convenience, there are TWO sets of washer/dryers (1st level and 3rd level), a two car garage (one spot is for the golf cart), and internet service is complimentary.

Overall the place was lovely and met our needs well. Some of the furniture was looking a little worn, which was ok given the kids there. There are pictures of what we could only guess were of the owners and their family hanging up was a little weird. The golf cart wasn't the greatest as it was difficult to steer and smelled like urine when charging. My biggest complaint was the communication with Glass Casa. I wanted to verify that my reservation was set and asked for a heads up on the check-in process, but they refused to give me any info until the day we checked in. All I needed to know was what to expect, but they wouldn't even give me that. It was just a "we'll text you when it's ready". It was very unsettling, especially for someone with anxiety. Other places we've stayed at send confirmation a week in advance with explicit instructions on what to expect when checking in. They then provide expectations prior to check out for cleaning up and checking out. I had to reach out for that. Overall I liked the place, not the company.

Golf cart is a plus when you have bunch of thing to carry to the beach and the road is very narrow with no pathways. <br/>The access to the patio with BBQ is through one of the bedrooms, which is a little inconvenient, but no big deal... we managed.<br/>The house was super clean and well stocked with kitchen utensils and beach toys.<br/>Glass Casa was always kind and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and SO clean! We loved the e fact that there were two washers + dryers! It made it so easy for everyone to have a space to do laundry. We also loved that they had a Keurig and regular coffee pot - so nice for a large group! The beach is within walking distance and beautiful! Restaurants and shopping are a short drive away! We also loved the golf cart included with the house. <br/>We highly recommend staying with Glass Casa!! <br/>If you have small children, you should bring your own high chair & pack-n-play. There isn’t one included with the house.
