Emerald Sol is a newly updated vacation rental cottage in Destin, FL, located just steps away from the Gulf of Mexico, so you can stroll down and enjoy the beach, lounge in the sugar white sand, or catch a breathtaking sunset. Emerald Sea can be rented by itself or with the home behind it, Emerald Sea, for a two-family or group vacation.
***Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea now offer a brand new private pool shared between both homes! The pool can be heated for an additional fee.***
This updated pet-friendly vacation rental home has been recently remodeled and is perfect for a beach vacation! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, and the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed with a full trundle. The full bathroom has just recently been renovated as well. The living room also contains a queen sleeper sofa. French doors lead to a private patio, where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning and delight in the fresh air rolling in from the Gulf, which is only a short stroll away. This vacation rental home can easily accommodate up to 9 guests!
Emerald Sol and Emerald Sea both have the same layout, contain a washer and dryer in each home, and share a private pool between the two homes. This is the perfect situation for a two-family vacation or a beach getaway with a group of friends.
Beach access: Just across the street and a few minutes walk from the rental is a newly built beach access for your use! This beach access includes parking for vehicles, including golf cart parking and bike parking, with a large deck plaza leading down to the white sandy beach, an ADA accessible boardwalk/dune walkover, restroom facilities, and a picnic pavilion with dune walkover.

Spring break 2026, we had a wonderful stay. 2 adults, 4 kids and 2 dogs, everything worked out great. The location is incredible, the house was clean, the beautiful public beach is just up the block. Lots to do all around. We were able to check in early, had to call for a maintenance issue and the managers were there in less than 20 min. The pool was great for the kids, we did not have to share as there was no one at the other unit. Toys available for the beach. Rented a golf cart from the property manager at a discounted rate. The only negative I can add is that the house has definitely been well used, it’s in much rougher shape than the pictures and the trundle bed is not comfortable.

Small but very cozy. Felt like home. The master bed and couch were very comfortable. Pool is small but much fun…enjoyed it to the fullest. Many swimming floats available. Vey close beach access. Walking distance definitely. The only thing I would have enjoyed more is having some kitchen spices/cooking oil/basic coffee essentials, etc. Other than that, my family and I were very pleased. Definitely would like to come back.

Great place to stay - proximity to beach was excellent. We brought our pet so having lots of paved walkways to walk the dog was a plus. Unfortunately could not bring pet to the beach due to county regulations - not the renter's fault but something to keep in mind if you bring a pet. The pool was a great amenity to have as the water was too cold to swim in at the beach - pool was heated for additional fee, but Glass Casa was extremely responsive and prompt when we requested for pool to be heated - they were there within the hour! Loved the deck out front to lounge in the sun or have breakfast. The place was perfect for 4 adults and a dog! Bed mattresses were very comfortable! The kitchen was adequate for cooking meals, and there were also 2 barbecue grills by the pool. Loved having access to the beach chairs, boogie boards and wagon - made it easy to bring supplies to the beach! Overall fantastic place to stay especially if you're traveling with your fur baby!

We really enjoyed out stay at Emerald Sol. The condo was just a short walk to the beach and really carried that beachy vibe, well maintained and clean. It was comfortable and cozy and we had plenty of room for 3 adults and 4 kids. Everything you need is a short drive away, i.e. grocery store, fast food, restaurants, entertainment, gas station.... The only thing we wished we had access to was a larger frying pan and the trash was full when we arrived but maintenance came quickly to empty it, however when we returned we couldn't find the trash receptacle anywhere.

We stayed here in April for our Anniversary and had an absolutely wonderful time! The area is nice and quiet, but just a stroll away from all of the action.
