This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom newly updated vacation rental beach condo, Emerald Waters 305, sleeps 7 and is located off Scenic Gulf Dr. in the Destin/Miramar Beach area. It offers views of the Gulf from all common areas, private balcony, and a master suite. Emerald Waters is just across from the beach and provides a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, and private beach access. It's perfect for a family getaway or a couples retreat.
Upon entering Emerald Waters 305, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Destin vacation rental on the third floor, you're presented with an open floor plan of the common areas with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf and pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The breakfast bar seats 3, while the dining area seats 4. The living area offers comfortable seating, a queen sleeper sofa, Gulf views, and an HDTV. The Gulf view master king suite, located off the living area, offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The guest room offers a queen over queen bunk bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. The master mattress was replaced in November 2021. This unit conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the vacation rental condo, along with a supply of beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to use during their stay!
Emerald Waters is located just across the beach and offers a pool (seasonally heated), hot tub, elevator, and private beach access. Close to shopping, dining, live entertainment, nightlife, and more. So go on an adventure and explore Destin! Be sure to try local fresh Gulf seafood at Pompano Joe's or the Crab Trap. Go shopping at one of the open-air shopping centers like Silver Sands Premium Outlet Mall or the Destin Commons. Spend a day at Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Destin's HarborWalk Village, Baytowne's Village Wharf, and more! You will be guaranteed a fun-filled vacation! We also have golf carts available for rent, so getting around is a breeze!

We enjoyed our stay! This place was a sweet, little place to park ourselves for a few days! Location was great with the beach across the street. Area seemed pretty safe as well. Place had necessities almost to a T…except there could have been a few different sized skillet pans for stove top cooking. All I was able to find was a very small pan. But otherwise the place was stocked well! We had a piece of furniture break on us as we used it but Glass Casa was amazing in how they quickly responded and great customer service!! Thank you Glass Casa!!

We stayed at Emerald Waters #305 for spring break (2 adults, 1 child). <br/>Overall we enjoyed the property very much! It was clean and well kept (save your usual dirty flip flops and sandal feet). Inside, it was bright, comfortable, lots of space, and lovely views of the condos across the street and a peek of the gulf! It was easy walking distance to the private beach entry gate. And we loved having Alvin’s next door - convenient and not overpriced for a surf shop! Convenient to grocery shopping and local restaurants as well. <br/>Pros: Beach proximity, walkable, clean property. Pool was HEATED! And a hot tub when it was chilly. Glass Casa was super responsive, polite, and was very fast to respond! <br/>Cons: We had an AC outage, but the property team handled it immediately on a Sunday! The pool was closed one day for a repair. And, a construction crew was doing external repair work. <br/>Beach: No tailgate tents or “octopus” tents. Umbrellas or cool cabana style only! Rentals were available.
