The gathering areas are located on the second floor, the master suite and guest suite on the third floor, and the guest room along with the bunk room on the first floor. The best part… it comes with a ping pong table, a complimentary six-seater electric street legal golf cart, and four bikes with helmets. Cruise Seagrove, Seaside, and 30A in style, or grab a bite to eat at some of the most delicious restaurants the area has to offer nearby!
Upon entering this stunning vacation rental home, you will find the guest room with a king bed and the bunk room with a full over full bunk bed with a full trundle bed on the first floor. There is also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination that is shared between the two guest bedrooms. Take the stairs up to the second floor, where you will find the beautifully decorated and welcoming common areas. The comfortable living area offers plenty of seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a large HDTV. The dining area seats ten, while the breakfast bar seats an additional five. The modern kitchen offers brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a coffee maker, and everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. A half bath is located off the common areas as well. Lastly, the third level of this spectacular home boasts the master and queen suites. The master suite offers a private balcony and a private bathroom. The master suite's private bathroom is large and includes a walk-in shower with dual shower heads. The queen suite offers a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The laundry room is located on this level, too. All bedrooms come equipped with an HDTV for your entertainment. This home had everything and more for our family and was the perfect walking distance to the beach. The golf cart and sand toys were a plus, too! One thing we did find is that the house did not have beach towels, so we had to purchase lots of them and find ways to bring them back home with us, which was a small downfall. When we first arrived, check in was a bit difficult due to everything being online, through VRBO, texts, and emails. However, when we got it sorted out, we had no issues. Right as we got settled in, the AC started blowing heat and I was able to contact the owners quick and someone was there and fixing it immediately. The home was spacious and had lots of room for family gathering. Each family had their own space. The pool was a quick walk around the block and although it was small, it served its purpose for a quick dip before the beach! Overall, the home was great. We made note of some reccommendations moving forward, but nothing that made or ruined our trip. We would reccomend all large families to stay at this place!

Priscilla was amazing to book with. She was super accommodating and flexible when we asked to add a few days to our trip. Whenever we had an issue or needed anything (ex: new beach umbrella, lightbulbs replaced or a broom) she took care of it right away. The kitchen was great for families and the bathrooms had plenty of towels which is super helpful. Having a golf cart, bikes and wagon was also great. We highly recommend Glass Casa.

It was a wonderful place to stay! Walking distance to the beach. The bikes and golf cart were perfect for getting to restaurants and shops that were close. I was in contact with the host only one time, he was extremely helpful and answered all questions. Would highly recommend to friends and family!
