***We would like to kindly remind our guests that the pools at Majestic Sun are closed during December for maintenance. *** Majestic Sun 1006B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
Upon entering this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo can be reserved alone or with the adjoining condo, 1007B. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.
At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

After reading some of the reviews of the condos at Majestic Sun, I was a little skeptical about staying there. I don't know what others consider to be great place to stay, but I thought it was wonderful!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. I loved that beach chairs, umbrella, float, and rolling cooler were provided! The resort gym was really nice also. I was concerned about it being across the street from the beach, but it was such a short walk across the street. The App made the checkin/out process a BREEZE! We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again and book with Destin Palms!

Stayed in this condo with my family. Every one of us loved the facility, location, access to the beach and amenities. Experience was precious and original. We felt completely immersed in enjoying the nature's bounties. Morning walks on the beach, clear water shores, clean sugar white beach, dinning and shopping was an utmost relaxation that we desired during our trip. This was the perfect unit for my family! There is only me and my husband and our toddler, but it could have easily accommodated a few more. The location is amazing - perfect, perfect view. My daughter decided to wake up at seven every morning and one time when we looked outside we were able to see a bunch of dolphins swimming up the shoreline. The unit was nice and clean when we arrived, and included are beach chairs, an umbrella and a cooler. The only thing that I would like to see improved is blackout curtains in the bedroom- there is a hall light right outside the window that stays on all night which lets in a little too much light for my comfort- definitely still dark enough to sleep but bring a sleep mask if you like pitch black. As for the pool, it was so warm and perfect. And from the room balcony there is even a view to the outside pool from the side of the balcony (In no way does this interfere with the beautiful full ocean view). All in all we loved being able to walk to the beach barefoot, and staying so close was essential with a napping toddler. I would definitely stay here again.
