Majestic Sun 1007B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort is located directly across from the beach on the tenth floor and sleeps a total of 6. This condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas. Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of Summer from your private balcony or take a stroll on the beach. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
Upon entering this updated 1 bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf. The living area also offers additional sleeping arrangements with a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and everything you would need for a home cooked meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table and breakfast bar with beautiful views the Emerald Coast has to offer. The dining area seats 4 while the breakfast bar seats an additional 2. The master king suite and private bathroom. This unit also provides a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children, and a full bathroom off the common areas. A washer and dryer can be found in the unit at your convenience. This condo can be reserved alone or with the adjoining condo, 1006B. This vacation rental sleeps a total of 6.
At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.
Upon arrival, as soon as you opened the door to the condo, you were IMMEDIATELY greeted by a MUSSTY/ MOLDY smell. But with the notices that were posted, I chalked it up to the bug spraying that was ongoing. It did get somewhat better as the week progressed.Handicapped parking was the WORST, SIX (6) slots for TWO buildings, and NO Handicapped parking in the garage. PLUS, you had some people that would take the construction cones and putting them in parking slots close to the entryway and were not EVEN HANDICAPPED THEMSELVES. My wife and I have difficulty walking due to our disabilities (both are Veterans).

We had an excellent stay at this condo. Was able to communicate with property management company very easily via text. No issues with the room. Code entry is a nice bonus. Rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Grocery delivery was easy. Washer and dryer worked great. One roll of paper towels, two dish washer detergents and two laundry detergents provided. Fridge/freezer and ice machine worked great. Nice shower pressure. Extra beach chairs was a nice plus. Easy and short walk to the beach.

The property was clean, however there was a little sand on the floor. The only other complaint is we couldn’t figure out how to use the shower in the main bedroom’s bathroom. So we had to use the one in the hallway. The view was awesome! I would rate it a 7 out of 10!

We absolutely loved it!! The room was perfect for our little family. We loved the view and had great space for a family of 5. The resort was the best! VERY Short walk to beach. Perfect pool set up with one indoors when the kids had enough sun for the day! The elevators were fast and never waited long at all. Some special things we particularly were grateful for was the hand soap being regular dispenser soap and not a bar (if you have kids you know), the room was right by the elevators and trash chutes, so no long walk! Also the ice cream shop on the first floor! We will definitely book again at majestic sun!

Overall, I had a great experience. The location of this condo is perfect and the staff working for the management company were very friendly and professional. The first night we had 6 adults staying... The kind bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable but the pullout sleeper sofa felt like a typical sleep sofa... "Lumpy" and the twin bunks aren't the best for adults but I am sure they would be great for kids. The view was magnificent! All you see from inside this condo is the ocean! It's beautiful. Location was awesome!! Love the bike/running path right in front of it. Great restaraunts near it and took advantage of the outlet mall 1 mile away. Will definitely be back next year! This is our second time renting at Majestic Sun. It is a great location with fantastic unobstructed views. Quick and easy access to the white sandy beaches, convenient distance to many restaurants, shopping and the grocery store. Condo was clean and well stocked with all we needed to make our stay a comfortable, relaxing, stress-free beach getaway. This unit could use some room darkening shades in the master bedroom to help dim the light that shines into the bedroom window from the entryway during the evening hours. Also the patio door was quite difficult to open and close. The booking staff from Destin Palms were very professional and helpful and made our booking process quick, smooth and pleasant. Destin is a wonderful beach vacation spot to come relax and enjoy the white sandy beaches and the turquoise waters. Everywhere that we have visited in Destin we have found the people to be very friendly and helpful. Thanks again for a super visit!

This was the biggest selling point for us. It is very tough to find a rental that will allow for a non-weekend start and finish. The beach service was amazing. There was a bit of a walk to the beach, but it never bothered me. Just a total of 3 minutes from our room to laying on the beach. So wonderful and will look to visit again.
