Enjoy stunning Gulf views at Majestic Sun 1112B from this 11th-floor corner vacation rental condo during your next vacation in Miramar Beach, FL. The photos will never do it justice. Walking into the main living space, windows line the Western gulf view and wrap around to the sliding patio doors highlighting the Southern full front gulf views! The large patio is the perfect spot to watch the dolphin play in the morning or experience a gorgeous sunset in the evening.
This condo has just undergone a complete remodel and everything is new, including the counters, flooring, furniture, and outdoor furniture. All three bedrooms contain a comfortable king size bed and the third bedroom also contains twin bunkbeds with a trundle. The living room also offers a sofa sleeper for additional guests. With more than enough room for 10 guests, this vacation rental condo is perfect for a family vacation or a beach getaway with friends.
With this rental, you are provided with four beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is onsite, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays, otherwise, a 3 night minimum year-round.

We had the best trip. The condo is perfect. We loved its location because it’s the very last condo in B on the 11th floor… which means you have views out the back AND side because there’s no condo on that far side. Inside, the condo was beautifully appointed and comes with great beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, and even a cart. No need to haul all those with you. It’s there and waiting for you. Beds are super comfy. We can’t really commend this one enough and can’t wait to get back ourselves!

Check in and out process was smooth. Accurate codes were provided. All elevators were in working condition. The fridge ice machine will only crush ice and one of the drawers was very broken. No spices provided but there were more beach chairs and umbrellas than originally advertised. There is no where to put your clothes other than the floor. No luggage racks or dressers. Counter space in the 2nd bedroom bath vanity is very limited. The main door lock is finicky since the catch is loose. Nice corner unit. View was amazing. Evenings were quiet. Walking distance to dinner or coffee.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very comfortable. Everyone we met was friendly. The view is awesome. The beds and pillows are amazing! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans and accessories. Access to the pools and the beach was convenient. The beach chairs are great--easy to carry with lots of pockets. (There are a few stairs at the beach entrance--so taking a wagon wasn't the best plan.) We enjoyed the sandy beach and clear, beautiful green water! The management team and staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We had an unusual situation and were kind of a pain 🤷🏼♀️ but they were so patient with us. They really care about their renters. Highly recommend without hesitation. Thank you for everything!

The room was very clean and new. The room was awesome! The parking not so much. We have a very small pull along and they wouldn't let us park it anywhere on their property. Even though the entire top of the parking garage with the empty! We had an issue for the first two days of our vacation they were giving us the runaround, then finally they let us park it underneath the building. At first they kept saying we had to rent a storage to put it in and of course all the storage lots were full. After much hassle for two days they finally came up with a solution. After that the vacation was perfect !!!

This is a bright and sunny condo that was perfect for the eight of us. There was plenty of space and the layout was great. It was clean and had somewhat decently stocked kitchen. We love that this is so close to anything you would want to do...restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, etc. The Surf Hut is 3-4 minutes down the road and is our favorite restaurant. It is worth checking out. You won't be sorry if you book this condo!!
