Majestic Sun 304B is a newly renovated, stunning, Gulf-view deluxe beach condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. Located directly across from the beach on the third floor, and sleeps a total of 8. This vacation rental condo offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas, including the master bedroom! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun should you need anything.
Upon entering this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath deluxe beach view vacation rental condo, you will find an updated, comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The new queen sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen is updated with new stainless steel appliances and fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 8 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers beautiful Gulf views with access to the private balcony, an HDTV, and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over full bunk plus a twin trundle bed with an HDTV and attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 8.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Beautiful place and wonderful experience. Would definitely stay again. Couple drawbacks for us were the curtains woke you up super early with the sun at 6am and makes it hard to get some rest - especially in the master bedroom. Kitchen was fully stocked but odd that simple things like coffee filters or aluminum foil and plastic wrap weren’t provided. Also no salt or pepper. We purchased and left for next guests. Price was a bit high but I guess that’s to be expected in the busy season. But again, wonderful experience for my family of 5 and would book again!

We had an EXCELLENT stay at this unit. it is a 2-3 minute walk to the beach and there are lots of food options nearby. the unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that saved us a ton on rentals from the beach service. <br/>For longer stays, be sure to bring extra toilet paper, trash bags and dish detergent; they supply you with enough for 2-3 days. <br/>we also had an unfortunate issue with the elevators in building B. of the 3 available 2 were out of service and the 3rd was hit or miss. there were SEVERAL instances where people ended up stuck on elevators for 30+ minutes in 100 degree heat (myself included) due to mechanical failures. Hopefully this is a one off issue with the building. <br/>otherwise, we would certainly come back!! one of our best vacations by far :)

Love Majestic Sun
We are just departing after a week long stay. We have visited Destin multiple times and stayed at Majestic Sun every time, each time in a different condo. The location is perfect, accessibility to the beach is perfect, the pool area is wonderful and the beach is gorgeous and well maintained. We really liked 304B and would definitely stay again. Clean, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. This was the lowest floor we stayed on and with the master bedroom on the front there was some noise from the road when trying to go to bed. The only other issue was the upper bunk bed mattress was not comfortable at all. Other than those minor issues, our stay was wonderful and we will definitely be back. A few restaurant recommendations-Buffalo Jacks has the best wings in the world, Whales Tail is a must have and Another Broken Egg Cafe was awesome for breakfast/brunch.
