This stunning 4th-floor Majestic Sun 409B vacation rental condo at Seascape Resort in Miramar Beach, FL, is a one-bedroom condo and features a private balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a luxurious master bedroom with a king-size bed and an adjoined master bathroom. This condo is perfect for a romantic beach getaway, as you can unwind on the balcony in the evenings and watch the sunset over the horizon, or stroll down and take a relaxing walk along the pristine shores of Destin. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
The living area offers a 60" HDTV and a brand new queen-size sleeper sofa. An additional twin over twin bunk bed in the hallway is perfect for children or additional guests. This beautiful vacation rental condo can accommodate up to 6 guests and offers some of the best views on the beach.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

From the point of booking the property manager was extremely helpful, prompt, and answered any questions we had. The room was ready early and when we walked in it was immaculate! Everything was spotless, there were plenty of towels and wash cloths available. The two beach chairs were also a plus! We enjoyed our stay in 409B. We arrived to find easy music playing. Very nice touch. The unit was clean and equipped with kitchen basics. The balcony has a patio table and a small glider, and great views of the beach. There’s a washer/dryer unit in the extra bathroom. We used the beach chairs provided, saving us the expense of renting from the beach service. The unit is nicely decorated with modern contemporary furnishings. We had everything we needed here. We do not normally like to stay in a high rise but this unit is on the 4th floor and was perfect. The unit was very clean and tastefully updated with very nice finishes. The store located on ground level was a plus. The automatic lobby doors were great when heading with all of your beach gear. Great Location, clean place
We enjoyed our stay at 409B, the cleanliness of the condo was great. The location was great right on the ocean there. Only gripe would be the sleeping. The master bed was too soft for my liking and the couch in living room was very uncomfortable. I believe all the beds were not so comfortable. The hallway bed was thin and the pull out couch was not very comfortable to sleep on also. But overall I gave 5 stars because of how much we liked were we stayed and easy access to the beach, quickly.

Great Location for Beach & Shopping
Condo is very nice and updated. Balcony is perfect for the two of us and has great views of the ocean. Beach is just a short walk across the street, and we had no issues going back and forth with our beach gear. Quick drive to the outlets, great dining, and a very nice Publix in Sandestin. This condo would probably be a little small for a family, but for just the two of us, it was perfect.
