This two-bedroom deluxe condo features some of the most breathtaking views of the beach you can find, from all common areas and the master bedroom. Watch the sunset from the private balcony or stroll over the boardwalk and put your toes in the sugar white sands.
As you enter this incredible updated vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a Keurig coffee machine, a dining area that seats 10, and a beautiful living room that leads to the private balcony with full Gulf views. The living room offers a queen-size sofa sleeper and an ottoman that contains a twin-size sleeper sofa. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HD TV, a private bathroom, and a balcony with breathtaking views as well. The second bedroom offers a king-size bed, an HD TV, and an attached bath. With room for up to 7 guests, this deluxe condo is ideal for a beach getaway or a family trip to the Gulf Coast!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your vacation rental condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.

The location of the property is great and the property itself is perfect for a beach trip. Our only negative comment is that the management leaves out minimal supplies. For example, there were only two trash bags for our entire stay; there was no hot pad to get things out of the oven; only one roll of paper towels; no food storage containers. Also, many essentials were not provided (no shampoo/conditioner; no salt/pepper set). Had we known we would need to get these supplies, we could have arranged that. But since we did not have a car, it was much more difficult to acquire these items after arriving on site. They provided beach chairs/toys, which was great. But there were no beach towels. So you need to bring those or buy them at a nearby store. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the frustration about lack of supplies could have been avoided if it were communicated.

We were so thrilled with our trip here! The view from our balcony of the ocean was amazing! Huge balcony with plenty of seating. It’s a large and spacious place! Came equipped with games, beach chairs (3), umbrella, and float. The gym at the hotel was amazing. It was very clean and well kept. There are plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance for lunch or dinner! Only thing that really wasn’t 100% great was our check in. We got there right at 4, which was our check in time and I still hadn’t received a text message yet with instructions. Thankfully the girl at the desk was able to get things sorted for us. It just stunk because a huge storm just came in right at 4 and we were trying to get into our room in the pouring rain. Ended up receiving the check in text at 2 am that morning. So might have been my service. Who knows lol but overall we loved our stay here! Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay with an amazing view of the beach! Great location for beach goers. A few walkable restaurants/cafes/bars. Kitchen had the absolute bare minimum. No seasonings or cooking oils so if you plan on cooking, be prepared to do some grocery shopping. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay again :)

We found Majestic Sun 413B to be as advertised. The unit is a tastefully decorated, inside and out, deluxe, 2-BR condo with an incredible view of the Gulf. The people at Destin Palms Vacations were very easy to work with. If maintenance, or other issues developed, they were handled in a very professional, timely and satisfactory manner. We would definitely recommend this property to friends, relatives and others that may be in the market. By far the most inviting attraction in the area was the sugar white sand beach located across the street from Majestic Sun. The Whales Tale, Crab Trap, McGuire's Irish Pub, Pompano Joe's, The Surf Hut and many others provide coastal dining at its finest. Many area golf courses, museums, concerts, water born activities, youth attractions and many others provide plenty of activity for all age levels. All-in-all, we wee very pleased with our stay and plan to return should the opportunity present itself.

The condo at Majestic Sun had a beautiful updated granite kitchen. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony overlooking the beach. There also was a balcony off the master suite. The second bedroom had a queen bed (though it was a small queen),and it also had a full bathroom which worked well for two couples. Because it was before the high season, it was easy to get into restaurants and get around Destin. The great location also allowed us to walk to Whale's Tale, the coffee shop and a few restaurants. There was a tiki hut on the beach offering speciality drinks. Destin Palms left us a lovely bucket and pail with maps, cup holders, etc. which was a nice perk.
