This 6th-floor Majestic Sun 612B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort was just recently updated and showcases panoramic views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony and all common areas! This stunning condo with chic interiors offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a large living area with magnificent floor-to-ceiling windows. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything. This condo is perfect for a family trip to the coast or a beach getaway with friends.
Upon entering this beautiful vacation rental condo, you'll find a recently updated and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and a Keurig machine. A sliding glass door off the comfortable living area leads to a private balcony with full views of the beach. The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bath. You will also find a twin-size rollaway bed that fits nicely in one of the bedrooms for extra guests. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and sleeps up to 7 guests.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round. *Please inquire about monthly rates for stays during our winter months.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The ocean view was absolutely beautiful, and the height of the unit was perfect—it felt close enough to the beach without being too high up. We could easily see our group on the beach from the condo, which was a huge plus. The balcony was roomier than the photos give off and has 4 comfy stools/chairs to sit on! The building was very convenient, with an ice cream and chocolate-dipped treat shop as well as a souvenir store right downstairs. The condo itself was well-stocked with everything we needed, including a blender, coffee pot, dishes, and other kitchen appliances and essentials you may not think of when packing! The condo also had good quality umbrellas and chairs for us to use instead of having to buy our own or rent which was great!!The bedrooms and bathrooms were the perfect sizes, with two large beds, there was also a pull-out bed in living room and a cot that worked great for a kid. We appreciated having a vacuum available to clean up sand, so we didn’t have to track it throughout the condo.Glass Casa provided excellent customer service. When our door keypad wouldn’t lock, we called them and they had the issue fixed in less than an hour. They were very attentive and quick to respond.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront vacation! The condo had everything we needed plus some and we all loved how beautiful and costal the decor was!

It was a great stay. Was able to get into the property early. It was easy to communicate with staff. Only comment I have is I wish they would provide more than two trash bags. We already have to bring or buy so much. Throwing an extra trash bag or two would be great. Our group needed three for the week. I had to buy a whole roll of bags because we needed one. Still a great trip and nice property.

Enjoyed our stay in Majestic Sun 612B in August 2017. The condo was very clean. The decor was pretty. The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The bathrooms could both use some updates. The view from our balcony was awesome and we enjoyed spending time out there. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen was complete with everything you would need. We didn't rent a car, so we spent lots of money on Uber rides because there weren't many restaurants within walking distance. Our condo supplied us with chairs and an umbrella, but we opted for Beach service. There were 4 adults in our condo and we had plenty of room. We spent 3 nights. Beautiful beach. Hope to return to Destin again.

The beach view was amazing from our balcony. I enjoyed drinking my coffee there every morning. It was fun watching all of the people walking and setting up for their day. The grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the indoor/outdoor pool when we weren't on the beach. Evening crab hunting was a favorite with the grandchildren! We were able to walk to several restaurants.
