This vacation rental in Miramar Beach, FL, Majestic Sun 703B, is a charming Gulf view beach condo at Seascape Resort located directly across from the beach on the 7th floor and sleeps a total of 8. This condo offers amazing beach views from all common areas and a private balcony! Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands and summer breeze from your private balcony. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the beach or watch the HDTV. The new queen sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a home-cooked meal. The dining area and breakfast bar can seat up to 9 comfortably. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers a beautiful HDTV and a private bath. The second bedroom has 2 full beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This unit conveniently offers a laundry room and sleeps a total of 8.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, a Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

The ocean view is absolutely stunning, the balcony is on the smaller side when compared to other units, but there was enough room for our family of four to enjoy it comfortably. Railing was sturdy. We were able to see dolphin swimming most days. <br/>The beds were comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with cooking items, but no seasonings or pantry staples are provided.<br/>Limited supply of dishwasher pods. It does tell you that there’s just a starter kit and you’ll need to bring your own in the description and that is accurate. The washer and dryer clean and dry very well. <br/>-great closet space & some included beach items. -bring beach towels.<br/>The host is very responsive. The outdoor pool is not heated and was cold, but the host did inform us that it was not heated. There are two hot tubs outside so that definitely helped for outdoor swimming options. The privacy fence is high so you cannot see the beach from the pool very well. The indoor pool is smaller than appears in pic

Perfect location, great stay!
We had issues checking in when we were told check in was at 4. We were there at 4 and was told they couldn’t tell us when check in would be ready but they could accommodate our groceries and luggage until we could get in the room. After about 30 mins, they were able to get us in. The room was very nice and the view was very nice as well! The rest of the stay was A plus! We will definitely be back!

Super close to the beach
Everything was exactly as expected from the listing. 7th floor so it had a perfect view of the ocean even though technically there is a road in front of the resort that you have to cross to get on the beach. Such a short walk, we were able to easily walk to the beach every day just carrying an infant and sand toys, umbrella, etc - no need for an umbrella and if you forget something it’s not hard to run back up to the condo. The condo provides beach umbrellas and chairs. Indoor/outdoor pool also an easy walk downstairs, close parking. Great location of the condo itself too, close to Destin restaurants as well as the Miramar beach ones. Furniture could be updated - especially the couches (not comfortable) and paint, and the toilet paper is very low quality (probably want to bring your own) but those didn’t make our stay any less wonderful.
