This bright and colorful 7th-floor Majestic Sun 704B vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL at Seascape Resort offers some of the best views on the beach. As you enter this magnificent two-bedroom deluxe condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances, a dining area, and a gorgeous living room that leads to a private balcony with full views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom also offers a balcony with full views, as well as a luxurious king-size bed, and an adjoined master bath. The second bedroom features two twin-size beds, and the living room contains a sofa sleeper for additional guests. This vacation rental conveniently offers a washer and dryer in the unit and sleeps a total of 6 guests.
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.

At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer) and the off season must be rented for a 3 night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies including a units private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

We had a wonderful time in 704B! The place was impeccably clean, and I do feel like I’m very picky when it comes to that. My husband said several times throughout our stay that it was cozy, and that was the perfect way to describe it! The kitchen was stocked with handy dishes, glasses, tupperware, etc. There were two hard-floor vacuums that we used throughout the week to avoid sandy feet inside. The location was great- very easy beach access, walking distance to restaurants, coffee, a gas station, ice cream, beach shops. Our kids loved the pool! 5 stars! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo!

The condo was wonderful starting from the first step! As we entered you could see spectacular views of the beautiful blue waters of the gulf. There was relaxing music playing and everything was clean!!! We just returned home from our family trip to Destin for Spring Break ‘23. Our vacation rental through Glass Casa was absolutely the best!!!! The property was very clean. It also had some beach items there that were nice to use, instead of buying all new. However, the beds and living room furniture could be updated. The cushions were very thin. The master bedroom mattress needs replaced. It could also use actual pillows, they had almost hospital pillows that were very thin and uncomfortable.

Overall experience was excellent. A few hiccups with the Check-in process. We didn’t receive the correct key codes for the pool and lobby at Check-in. Luckily the key code to the unit worked. It got all settled the next day.
I recommend getting your app fixed. Some times I was told to use the app. Sometimes I was told to use email. That caused confusion. Especially I was barraged with many emails on “local deals” ......so hard to determine what was an email I should read and what is junk emails. Therefore, I recommend everything going thru your app in the future. Thanks.
