Upon entering this newly renovated beach condo, you’re welcomed with an open floor plan of the kitchen, dining, & living areas leading out to your very own private balcony with plenty of lounge chairs to take in the stunning sights of Summer. Majestic Sun 208A now features a fully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances including a fridge that dispenses filtered water & ice, a breakfast bar that seats 3, a dining area that seats 4, & a living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa & 2 electric leather recliners, plus a 65" HDTV. A full-sized bathroom is located near the common areas with a washer & dryer in the unit. The master king suite comes equipped with a 55” Ultra HDTV & its very own private bath. The twin-size bunk nook area is perfect for children or additional guests. Enough room to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Our Emerald Coast waters can be viewed from all common areas of this vacation rental & with a balcony that offers full views of the sugar white sands & sparkling waters, it can’t get much better than this!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, on site restaurant coming in Spring 2026 & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 9-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Wave runner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round. *Please inquire about monthly rates for stays during our winter months.

Only thing wrong was the master bedroom toilet water was shut off to the toilet and turned the water on and it was a loud pitch noise and couldn’t use that bathroom. Other than that, everything else was very nice and close to where we like to be and beautiful view!!

We always love staying at the majestic- miramar beach is our favorite beach in the US. This condo was great- it was in the 2nd floor which its ok even though the palm trees were covering most of the balcony. And it was smaller than what I thought but for us 4 was ok. I guess if you have older kids then you may need a 2 bedroom place. But overall it had everything we needed for our 7 days stay. We were able to cook a couple of our dinners since the kitchen was fully packed. Washer/dryer was a plus! Definitely recommend this condo.
