Majestic Sun 209A is a beautiful Gulf view vacation rental beach condo in Miramar Beach, located directly across from the beach & sleeps a total of 6. It offers amazing Gulf views from all common areas & the private balcony. Wake up & enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the beautiful sights of the sugar white sands & summer breeze from your private balcony with plenty of lounge chairs. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs & an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this stunning 1-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental condo in Destin, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the beach or watch the HDTV. The sleeper sofa in the living area can comfortably sleep up to 2 guests. The kitchen features updated appliances & is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat 2 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy your meals at the dining table with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The updated master king suite offers an 85" HDTV with a sound bar & private bath. This unit also provides a separate full bath with a walk-in shower & a twin over twin bunk nook area, perfect for small children. A laundry room with a washer & dryer is located in the unit for your convenience. This beautiful beach condo sleeps up to a total of 6.
At Majestic Sun you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**
This place was sooo clean when we arrived. Thats very important to me and i was highly satisfied. The only thing that was a bit of an issue was the bedroom being right by the hallway where we were woken up multiple mornings but you cant control other people.

Very nice and clean- we liked that the sheet sets were in plastic so we knew they were cleaned and ready to use- love the view very beautiful and lots to do in walking distance, steps to the beach and beach bar/restaurant. Also loved that they provided two beach chairs and an umbrella, we also noticed on our last day there was a wagon on the balcony which makes it a lot easier to walk stuff down to the beach! Love that there is two bathrooms with showers in each and a washer/dryer set. Super close to Bad Ass Coffee & right next door is a small breakfast place that is delicious!<br/>They also let us check out a few hours later so that we didn’t have to walk around with our luggage while we waited for our flight time! Will definitely be booking here again especially for the price! Very well worth it!<br/>The ONLY down side was the pull out couch was super thin and we could feel the springs so we used the twin size mattresses as our “full size” bed. But other than that it was perfect! Thank you!!

We stayed here and it was wonderful. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It looked identical to the photos. Everything worked perfectly and we had no maintenance issues. The staff was very friendly and anytime I had a question the text responses were almost immediate and very helpful. The location is perfect especially if you have kids. It is right across from the beach. The only complaint I have is pretty minor. They require you to have wristbands on to use the pools and amenities and you are required to leave them at checkout or you get charged for losing them. They are standard sized wristbands that are not adjustable and do not fit small children very well, so I felt irritated about having to keep up with those when fit was the issue. It’s a great vacay location and we will definitely be back!
