Situated on the 4th floor, this condo accommodates up to 8 guests and offers stunning Gulf views from all common areas. Start your day with a cup of coffee on the private balcony, enjoying the Summer sights. We provide two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo, saving you the hassle and cost of local beach service operators.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a comfortable living area with an HDTV. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, and the dining table seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The master king suite has an HDTV and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has 2 full beds, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. For extra guests, the living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
Majestic Sun offers amenities like indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and a Gulf-facing fitness center. The beach is just across the street, and nearby attractions include golf courses, shopping centers, and recreational activities.
Golf cart rentals are available at a discounted rate, and parking passes are included based on the unit size, with additional passes for a fee.
Please note our age requirement of 25+, no pets allowed, and a strict no-smoking policy in common areas. Violators may face fines or eviction.

Condo was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay there at the end of May to the beginning of June. Views from the balcony were awesome, enjoyed relaxing on there after a long day in the sun. Only downfall would be not enough towels for 4 people to shower every day. Lots of loads of laundry. Loved our stay and would definitely book again!

We will be back! The beach is right across the street and the pool and jacuzzi’s were amazing. We loved the fully stocked kitchen and being able to do laundry too. Also my fav coffee shop I’ve been going to for 10 plus years, 2 Birds cafe was easy walking distance. Love the nearby boardwalk and gazebo too. Amazing spot and super helpful and responsive host.
