G by the Sea is a diamond DELUXE 2-bedroom/2-bathroom unit that offers an open, bright floor plan with large floor-to-ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom, allowing for unobstructed, stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The open kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked! You will have everything you need to cook a delicious, home-away-from-home meal while overlooking the gorgeous Gulf. The dining room and breakfast bar can accommodate up to 10 people. Sleeping arrangements can accommodate 6 people in the Master bedroom with a King Bed, the Guest bedroom with a Queen Bed, and the Living room with a pull-out Queen Sleeper Sofa. High-quality, plush linens and towels, high-speed speed reliable internet, HDTVs in all rooms (3), and a full-sized washer and dryer for your convenience. Notable upgrades include updated coastal furniture throughout, neutral floor-to-ceiling blackout curtains, newly renovated (2024) bathrooms with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, tiled/glass showers (tub in guest bath), and anti-fog LED mirrors.
Beach Equipment Provided: 6 folding beach chairs, 6 beach towels, 7-foot umbrella, stand-up beach wagon, small cooler, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys! A Starter Pack Provided: trash bags, dishwasher and dish soap, laundry detergent. paper towels, and toilet paper.
Majestic Sun is a gated, prominently located, luxury high-rise beachfront resort located in Miramar Beach that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. It features tropical landscaping with wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying the sights and sounds of the beautiful Gulf. The amenities include a 3200 square foot, large resort-style pool, an indoor pool (heated seasonally), two whirlpool hot tubs, and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Covered parking available behind the A Building - 3rd floor covered access. Kilwins - Chocolate, fudge, and ice cream available in the B Building - 1st floor. Surf shop - available in the B Building - 1st floor.
Majestic sun is part of the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort, which allows access to all their amenities; multiple pools (two heated seasonally), tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, playground, walking nature trails, freshwater lake, and 18-hole golf course on the property. 10/10 this is the 3rd time we were staying in this apartment, and we always loved it! Especially this year now is the best one , they did some renovations, they did upgrade on both bathrooms and some new balcony furniture and everything is really on point! They have everything what you need, from comfort and a lot of storage places and kitchen have everything what you need! We had a fantastic stay! This is our 4th stay at Majestic Sun and our first at this particular condo. It was well stocked, had nice decor, a big balcony and the updated bathrooms were beautiful. The guest bathroom tub wouldn’t switch over to the shower…we had maintenance come look at it and he was able to pop it over with a knife, but we opted to just let the girls use our shower. Probably needs a new part, but that was minor. Everything else was perfect and we would be extremely happy to stay here again!

Condo is exactly like the pictures and description. Majestic Sun is a fantastic location to stay. We've stayed at other condos in buildings A&B and always recommend it to others. There's a small store in the bottom of bldg. B if you need extra ice, beach items, clothing, etc. So convenient! Also, there is a Kirwin's ice cream at the bottom of building B. **You can easily walk to the beach and when you walk back, use the showers by the outside pool to get the sand off. If you have children or even if you don't, it's so easy to run back to the room. This is almost priceless.**This condo has been updated and has a very modern but relaxed vibe. Like that it is away from the elevators. PERFECT Honeymoon Getaway ♥️
My husband and I came across this property after our original honeymoon plans fell through. We were very pleased with our stay! The only thing that we weren’t able to figure out was how to operate the television on the living room. The guide that was provided was for a remote different than the one in the tray. But since we didn’t spend a lot of time here, this did not hugely impact our experience.
We loved the close proximity to the beach as well as other activities, restaurants, and shops.

This condo was absolutely perfect!! It was extremely clean and much larger than pictured. There was plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out. The beach view is unbeatable and available from almost every location in the condo. We loved the high top dining table to continue the ocean view. The couches and beds are comfy, and the separate areas for sinks and the toilet/ shower in the master are perfect for getting ready. The heated indoor pool and 2 outdoor hot tubs were a huge plus for a Christmas break vacation, and the beach is basically at your door step. Everyone stops while you cross the street. We didn’t need them, but there was 1 adult beach chair and 1 kid beach chair available. One of my favorite parts was the awesome beach store attached to the Majestic Sun. They have everything you need! You can also walk to the Whalestail, another beach store, and the Emerald Coast Wineries store where you can sample some sweeter wines. The outlets and grocery store are also a super close drive. Be sure to grab salt and pepper, plastic wrap, etc. as they clean everything out after each guest. I can’t recommend this condo enough!!

Spring Break Getaway
We decided to go back to Miramar Beach for our daughter’s spring break as we really enjoy it there. This time we opted to stay at Majestic Sun. We had a great view of the Gulf, a d it was in walking distance to a lot of places. We opted to pay for the beach service instead of lugging stuff to and from the beach, which was nice. The property itself was nice, clean, has 2 pools (1 heated, 1 not) and 2 hot tubs. The condo itself was nicely equipped with everything we needed, was comfortable, spacious (for 3 people), and easy to get in and out of. There is a parking garage right behind the property, which was easy to access for parking. All in all, would totally recommend this property!

We had a great experience at Majestic Sun. The condo was really spacious and nice. We are a family of six and slept comfortably in a two bedroom condo. We only had a couple of issues. We were told it would be ready by 4pm, but it was not cleaned yet. Also, each guest gets a rubber bracelet to wear. One fell off my daughter in the beach and we were charged $10 for it (it probably cost $.30 to make). Other than that, you cannot beat the beach and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will be back!

This condo is completely updated in serene beach decor. It is modern and very clean. The view from your living room and master bathroom is of the beautiful water. Sunrise can be seen on the left and the gorgeous sunsets on the right side of your balcony. We used the washer and dryer the whole trip and appreciated if being available. The kids splashed around in the indoor pool each day while the adults enjoyed the 2 hot tubs. We spent many days on the beach, who is just a short walk across the street. We appreciated the 2 beach chairs that we were able to use during our stay. I used the gym a few times, as well. We met many owners who were staying for the holiday and they were just lovely people. We have to take a moment to recognize the friendliness and professionalism of the Destin Palms management company staff: they went above and beyond what is expected and we truly appreciated the kindness extended to our family. This condo has been newly remodeled and it has that perfect cottage/beach feel! We loved the larger kitchen space and new granite counters. The wood planks that cover the master bedroom wall, kitchen backsplash and under the bar are SO cute. Two nice beach chairs and an umbrella were provided and we used those every day. My sister's family was in a smaller size condo and there was a big difference in the size of theirs vs. ours. We ended up eating all our meals and hanging out in our condo together the entire trip because we had more room! We really loved the longer balcony and access to the balcony from both the living room and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and large bathroom also. We also appreciated were the parking garage, parking in the shade makes a huge difference when it's so hot outside. The complex is very nicely landscaped and well kept. The management company was also very easy to work with, quick to respond and friendly. I would recommend this condo to friends and would definitely stay here again.
