Majestic Sun 510A is a stunning modern Gulf view vacation rental beach condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort, located directly across from the beach with breathtaking views from the private balcony and all common areas. Unwind in the evening on the balcony and watch the sunset over the horizon from the fifth floor or enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning. With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
Upon entering this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom beach condo, you will find a comfortable living area where you can admire the beauty of the Gulf or watch the HDTV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig machine, and is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The dining area can seat up to six comfortably. Enjoy meals with beautiful views of the Gulf that the Emerald Coast has to offer! The master king suite offers an HDTV and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds, an HDTV, and an attached bath. This vacation rental conveniently offers a laundry room with a washer and dryer and sleeps a total of 4.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.

*Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

We had the most amazing stay! It’s our new favorite place, we travel to Destin every summer. One of the best views you could ask for. Super easy walk to the beach. Local restaurants near by. Don’t forget to check out the fire pit and roast some marshmallows across the street on the beach at night. The property was clean and the amenities on property like the pool were great. Anniversary trip from covid
My husband and I came here to stay for our one year wedding anniversary as we got married in covid & didn’t have an idea honeymoon. This was the perfect spot. Although I wish the weather had been slightly better in October; this was an idea location and we will absolutely be back. I am the upmost picky for cleanliness & analyze all bed sheets, baths, kitchen, floor, couch very well every time I stay somewhere & I can honestly say I was very pleased to find nothing that concerned me. The property is very taken care of and well presented. Only suggestion is master bed has a pillow top mattress cover that made us sink in some & could prob use an updated mattress for more comfort, but it definitely was not terribly uncomfortable at all. :) thanks again!!!!
