As you enter the Majestic Sun 812A vacation rental condo, you are greeted with a full kitchen, dining area, and a tastefully decorated living room. The first thing you will notice is sliding glass doors leading to the private balcony that offers full views of the breathtaking shore of the Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto the balcony and you can feel the fresh air rolling in from the beach. Relax in one of the lounge chairs and savor a captivating sunset. This is what vacations are all about! The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, an HDTV, and an adjoined master bathroom. The second bedroom is generous and contains a queen-size bed, an HDTV, and an attached bathroom. This condo conveniently has a washer and dryer in the unit and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. With room to comfortably accommodate up to six guests, this beautiful Destin vacation rental condo is perfect for your next family vacation!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
***We would like to kindly remind our guests that the pools at Majestic Sun are closed during December for maintenance*** *Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.

NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Our room was ready early, which was amazing! We walked in with welcoming scenic views from the TVs and the balcony and music playing. The place was pretty clean. A few areas of wear and tear (expected with a rental). Also some old mold/moisture signs in the bathroom.But all in all the room was pretty clean. I do wish the room had a crock pot for easy home meals for those long beach days.Check in was extremely easy and our host Jamie was prompt with addressing questions. We got locked out and our code wouldn't work and within 2 minutes he had it opened. The property was pretty nice, occasional trash around but at no fault to the employee's. They always had someone monitoring the pool area. I do wish building A had a front access to the beach like building B. The beach was nice, although the steps to the beach are steep and wouldn't be great to elderly visitors. A ramp would be a HUGE upgrade. Check out was easy too. I would definitely come back and book with Glass Casa again.

Hands down our best VRBO experience yet!
We are frequent VRBO travelers. This is our first resort experience as a family, and it was fantastic! I have a family of very picky frequent travelers who are easy going enough to sleep on the floor, but will take issue with uncleanliness or anything broken or unkempt, and my teens will identify it quickly. We literally had NOTHING whatsoever come up with this property, with the exception of a balcony smoker somewhere downwind from us. But the property manager got to me before I got to her and it was resolved without issue. I can’t really even come up with anything critical to improve upon - maybe additional seating at the dining table? Room for 2 more would be ideal for a family dinner. So what did we love then?
1. The property was exactly as described.
2. The check in process, and the rules and requirements for the resort, were clear and easy.
3. The condo had Alexa preprogrammed with our unit info and anything we needed we just asked Alexa. It was also pretty fantastic to have her there to throw on some music during downtime or when making dinner
4. The beds were super comfortable - the bedding clean and practical. I have a daughter with OCD and often she will either sleep on top of bedding with her own blankets, or launder everything multiple times before she will relax and allow herself to sleep IN the bed. From the first night she was snuggled in tight and slept like a baby. THIS IS HUGE FOR US!!
5. The view was incredible! Unobstructed views of the beach. We couldn’t see direct sunrise or sunset, but you still can catch the colors of both.
6. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and a large skim board available for use. Which was AWESOME bc I forgot my son’s skim board!
6. The amenities for the resort were great!
Some must do’s! Rent chairs & umbrella - daily rate is $45 + tax. If you do daily, the hut opens at 9am. I was there by 8:00 every morning and was never first. You can rent by the week, but we always have at least 1-2 days we are not on the beach, so for us it would have been considerably more $$.
Do your homework on the experiences. While you do get a discount through the resort, we found that the discount still made it more expensive. And most were booked out several days. We did the research ourselves and found cheaper options with good reviews that we were able to book for the next day at the time of our choosing. Just something to think about!

This property is awesome. Sitting on your balcony and hearing the waves. The condo had everything we needed and the elevators are super quick. The location was the best part of this rental but the overall rental was quite nice
