As you enter this gorgeous 9th-floor two-bedroom Majestic Sun 911A vacation rental condo in Miramar Beach, FL, at Seascape Resort, the first thing you will fall in love with is the beautiful living room that features a glass door leading to your private balcony overlooking the beach. With full views of the Gulf of Mexico, you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from your condo.
Step out onto your balcony and watch the waves washing over the sugar white shores. A full kitchen and dining area are the ideal place to prepare a family picnic for a day at the beach. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-sized bed and a private master bathroom. The second bedroom contains two twin beds, and the living room features a sofa sleeper. A washer and dryer is conveniently located in the unit. This vacation rental condo on the beach in Destin can easily accommodate up to six guests, perfect for your next family vacation!
With this rental, you are provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella in your condo that you can take to the beach, in lieu of spending $40 a day using the local beach service operator. For added convenience, our office is on-site, on the ground floor of the B building in Majestic Sun, should you need anything.
At Majestic Sun, you can spend your days indulging in several amenities, including an indoor pool (heated in winter), outdoor pool, two hot tubs, Gulf Gulf-facing fitness center, & more. With easy beach access, you can simply stroll across the street to the beach & lounge on the sugar white sands or try some fresh seafood at The Whale's Tail Beach Bar & Grill, a local favorite. Majestic Sun is part of the Seascape Beach Resort & is centrally located within minutes of a beautiful 18-hole golf course, Seascape Towne Centre, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Grand Boulevard, Parasailing, Waverunner Rentals, Kayak rentals, & more!
We also offer golf cart rentals at a discounted rate to our guests and must be reserved for the entire length of your stay during the peak season (Spring Break/Summer), and the off-season must be rented for a 3-night minimum.
***We would like to kindly remind our guests that the pools at Majestic Sun are closed during December for maintenance*** *Parking Passes - One pass for 1-2 bedroom units, two passes for 3 bedrooms. Additional passes available for a fee.
*Please note peak seasons may require 6-7 night stays; otherwise, a 3-night minimum year-round.
**25+ Age Requirement. No Pets Allowed. NO SMOKING – Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking, vaping, and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools, spa, and pool decks. It is also prohibited from all balconies, including a unit's private balcony. Violators may be subject to a fine by the HOA and/or eviction.**

Previous renters tore up the sleeper so we had to deal with an air mattress took up all the space , the front door needed to be checked that it locked, however we did not complain to maintenance, master bedroom we bumped the dresser a lot room not porportioned for king bed, however bed was comfortable

We wanted a view on the beach and we got it! While drinking coffee in the morning on the balcony, we were able to see dolphins and other sea life swim and come close to the beach for food. Watching storms come in was a real treat, and the view from the balcony was perfect for taking pictures. A lot of pictures all day long! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. We were so happy with our stay!
This condo was more than we could have hoped for! It was elegant and clean and cozy! The location is wonderful, within (beach) walking distance to a cute sandy bar/grill called the Whale's Tail. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, the beach chairs provided were fantastic! We woke up and had breakfast on the balcony while the morning crowd got the chairs and tents set up! The water and beaches there are simply gorgeous. The walk to the beach was so short and just a matter of crossing from the pool at our building across the street to the stairs down to the beach! I loved it. My four year old even learned to swim in the indoor/outdoor pool. So amazing.
I have already recommended this condo to several friends and we only just got home Friday. We will definitely use the condo again in the future - thank you for sharing your space with us!

In a word...Excellent. Everything about the Majestic Sun A911 Condo was perfect. The property description was spot on in regards to the layout of the facility. Although the unit is housed in multi-unit facility, it was private because we didn't hear any other guests as they came and went. It also had a community feel, which is very nice as well. We watched dolphins play in the surf in the morning from our balcony. The beach area was very clean, and the chairs and umbrella provided in the unit were very easy to transport to the beach. The unit was clean and spacious. When we return, this unit will certainly be our first choice for accommodations.
