This has been our favorite beach condo stay as a family of 6. If you like to cook, this is the place as well. The brand new kitchen is undersold with an induction cooktop, convection oven, and all types of pots, pans, mixing bowls, knives, and utensils you could possibly need. Not to mention blenders and a toaster oven. Other condos we have stayed at you’re lucky to find one or two decent pans, one terrible knife. Also, this first floor unit is just steps away from 3 of the community grills. Plan to hit up the Publix on your way in, then save some money and time and cook your own delicious meals during your stay. Beautifully furnished with comfortable seating and bedding, very nice TV and sound system, and fast internet. This unit is also very close to the beach, so bouncing back and forth if you forget something or need a break is stress free and quick. We can’t wait to come back!

Condo itself was spacious and comfortable. All the comforts of home, including a great kitchen with modern appliances and every cooking accessory imaginable. Location is ideal with well functioning gas barbecues and the pool right outside the back door of the screened lanai. White soft sand beach and ocean visible from the lanai and steps away with great shelling. Always available beach and pool lounge chairs, such that one never has been reserved early. <br/>It’s nice that the complex doesn’t have a food venue or bar as that keeps it chill and uncrowded, yet one can walk down the beach to Casa Ybel for drinks or a light meal or drive/bike to several good food venues within a mile. CVS and Jerry’s gourmet grocery store close too as was kayaking in Tarpon Bay and the national wildlife refuge drive.
