This great Caribbean-style vacation rental home with a pool and a hot tub was just recently updated! Located in the prestigious gated community Destiny East, just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico. This home also comes with a 6-seater golf cart and 4 bikes with helmets, so you can cruise around Destin in style.
As you enter Silver Blessings, you are greeted with a full gourmet kitchen, dining area, and beautifully decorated living room with a TV and DVD player. Walk out the back door, and you will find a 500 square foot patio and back deck with a private pool, sit in spa, BBQ grill, and updated outdoor furniture! The private pool and spa can be heated for an additional fee. The first floor also offers a bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom.
The second bedroom is a master suite located upstairs and features a luxurious king-size bed and an adjoined master bathroom with a whirlpool tub and walk-in shower. It also has a lovely sitting area that opens out onto a private covered balcony with quaint rocking chairs! The third bedroom features a king-size bed as well and shares an attached bath with the fourth bedroom that offers two full-sized beds. The fifth room is a bonus bunk bed area that sleeps two, great for the kids! In addition, there is a sofa sleeper in the master bedroom on the second floor. The owners have provided a Roku with every TV to make streaming your favorite movies and TV shows via Netflix, Hulu, and more a breeze! This spacious vacation rental home can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests, so you will have more than enough room for the whole family!
Destiny East is an exclusive gated community that offers several amenities, including a clubhouse, 2 neighborhood pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, a movie theater, tennis, basketball courts, a BBQ area with an outdoor kitchen, walking trails, & playground! The neighborhood is located on pedestrian and golf cart-friendly Scenic 98. So you can walk down to the beach to catch a sunset or take a relaxing bike ride. We also offer golf cart and bike rentals at a discounted price, so if you're interested, please let us know!

The house was great for our family vacation with the pool and patio a step outside the house. It was very close to the beach and the restaurants and shopping. We especially loved the golf cart and access to the community center pool and fitness center. The management company was very helpful and attentive and accommodating to our questions and requests. Would come here again.

Thanksgiving Trip
We did a family trip for Thanksgiving 6 adults and 3 kids. We had plenty of room for all of us! The house was great and all amenities were great! Having the pool heated was a huge added bonus! If we hadn’t had it heated probably wouldn’t have used it as much as we did. We would definitely rent this house again!

Silver Blessings is a great space! The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the bedrooms upstairs were quiet for sleeping children even with adults talking and listening to music downstairs. The pool area is very private and relaxing. The extra refrigerator in the garage was super convenient for drinks. The house was clean and well equipped for all 8 of us! The pool was great and super clean! We had no idea the wonderful location of this neighborhood and the golf cart included in the rental would definitely draw us back to stay again! Just hop on and it’s a two minute ride to the beach!!! Our only complaint is the stacakabke washer dryer unit is very small so we constantly had to do loads and the bath on the main floor is very small and serves as a master and main bath. But those are workable things given all the great features of the house location and managing company. We will definitely be back!

From the beginning the communication was above expectations. Great house, beautiful with lots of space indoor and out. The golf cart was super fun and convenient, the beach was within walking distance but the golf cart made it really fun. We had a major problem and something was broken with the spa and pool heat. They sent out a repair person right away and when that did not work they sent a pool person within a few hours and fixed the problem. <br/>Would go back again!

Destin delivered!
This was both our first time renting a house and our first trip to Destin. Overall the community and home were excellent. The house was clean and very roomy for our party of 7. Although I read reviews of a less than equipped kitchen with dull knives and poor cookware. We found everything to be fully functional. Yes, the knives could have been sharper but they worked fine as did the cookware.
The pool was fantastic and used every day before and after the beach. The golf cart was a life saver and utilized every day.
Our critique would be around the lack of cushions (pictured online) on the pool furniture. The foul odor from the bushes (which were overgrown) near the pool which got worse when humidity was higher, a mildew smell from the washer and concerns over how hot the outside of the dryer got although it struggled to dry our laundry. Several articles of clothing picked up black streaks/stains from the dryer. After inspection we found a black sticky substance in the dryer that we removed and didn’t find any additional stains. Additionally we did find dirty dishes in the cabinets and some of the cookware was not thoroughly cleaned and required scrubbing before use.
We would however stay at Silver Blessings again as we really liked the home, community and location. Hopefully the comments are useful.

Our stay at Destiny East/Simply blessed was relaxing, amazing, and memory making, vacation. There was ample space for our party of 10. Everyone enjoyed the private pool and golf cart which made it so much easier getting to the beach! Anytime we had questions the property manager was quick to respond. The only issues we had were the two bunk bedrooms...,the beds in those two rooms were very uncomfortable (hard). Destiny East is where we will be scheduling our vacation for 2020!!

First a special thanks to mike the maintenance guy. So very helpful and we are grateful for the rescue of my daughters iphone. He was extremely nice and knew exactly what to do. Wonderful to have someone you can rely on and is knowledgeable. Pros location everything we needed so close to either walk or take golf cart. The golf cart was a big hit with the grandkids the pool is very nice actually a large size for a private pool. We had a good time on the dolphin tour and really loved the escape room. Needed more time to do all the activities available. Beach and ocean beautiful rented paddle boards and had a great time with them. The house was a bit sparse compared to other houses we have rented but the community center had a playground basketball court exercise room and theatre so we have no complaints.

Fantastic vacation
This was a wonderful house for our family vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 kids under 5. There was plenty of room. There were 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. We took the top mattress off of one and laid it on the floor for the kids. The location was great. Just a short drive to the beach. We got to the beach by 11 each morning and had no issues finding parking. If we didn't get down there until later, parking was an issue but the included golf cart was a huge help. We always stayed towards the left end of the beach as you are looking at the water. Seemed to be less crowded. We ate at the Crap Trap one day. We arrived to eat about 4:45 for a late lunch/early dinner and our party of 9 was sat right away. We also ate at Pompano Joes. They do call ahead seating. We called ahead for our party and then arrived 45 minutes later and sat within 10 minutes. The pool was awesome. The kids never came out once we got back from the beach! The workout facility was very nice and we watched a movie in the theater one morning. You can bring your own movies or there is a huge selection to choose from. The only slightly negative issue was the frogs! They talked back and forth to each other ALL NIGHT LONG! Definitely took some getting used to. Otherwise, it was a wonderful week!

Silver Blessing is a fabulous home!! Our family of 11 people loved the space, pool and easy beach access. Our grandchildren were so happy in this house. The only negatives were: The pool had no maintenance until our last here. Second negative are the kitchen knives. They were useless so my son in law I had to buy knives so we could prepare meals. This annoyed me because I called Destin Palms and got no response on the knife issue.

No issues renting this property. It's located in a beautiful gated community that is just a couple minutes drive to the beach in the included golf cart!! Just pack up your gear on the back and roll to the sand. Rooms were big and spacious and our two boys loved the bunk beds. Backyard is very nice and relaxing. Open floor plan was great and had a large sectional couch for kids to crash on when they got tired each night. Will definitely go back and would recommend this property to all my friends.

This house was absolutely amazing!!!! The house was recommended to us by a friend who works for the rental company, and it was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room for our 4 individual families, as well as enough space for friends to come over. The neighborhood is beautiful, the amenities were fabulous, and the people are friendly. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had everything available to us that we needed. There were a couple of issues we had with the front door, the internet & modem, but we reported those issues and got quick responses. We would definitely stay here again!!!
