Conveniently located just across from the beautiful beaches of Miramar Beach, and close to fabulous shopping, award winning dining, world class golf, and a wide variety of entertainment options, you are guaranteed to have a fabulous vacation.
Enjoy your morning coffee on the private balcony overlooking a panoramic view of the gulf with an added glimpse of the bay. The condo has been recently updated with new flooring, furniture and appliances. The living room and dining room area is open and airy and is filled with natural light and views of the gulf. The living room provides comfortable seating, and a queen-sized pull-out couch for extra guests. The dining area and breakfast bar seats your group comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances and everything you will need to stay in and prepare meals. The master king suite offers gulf views, balcony access, an HDTV, and large master bath with a stand-up shower. Peer out of the window of this bedroom to gaze upon the emerald waters of the Gulf. The guest queen suite also offers gulf views, an HDTV, balcony access, and private bath with a stand-up shower. Additional bedding includes a queen size sleeper sofa and a set of twin bunk beds to sleep a total of 8.
You don't have to worry about crossing traffic when you use the overpass from the 2nd floor pool deck to the beach. Make sure to secure the free seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella waiting for you between mid-March and mid-October.
Surfside Resort is an all-inclusive property including a fitness room with gym equipment, sport deck (tennis under the lights, shuffleboard, basketball) above a covered and secure parking deck, a large, heated pool and deck area, two hot tubs, a kiddie pool, beachfront Tiki Hut food and beverage service, on-site restaurant, and a pool house with showers and a sauna. Surfside Resort features The Royal Palm restaurant, Surfside Spa (massages, facials, etc.), and Surfside Beauty Studio located on the 1st floor. Surfside now offers seasonal beach bonfires as well as beach weddings and receptions in the new beautiful event venue catered by Royal Palm Grille restaurant. Please note Surfside Resort only allows 2 vehicles for a 2-bedroom unit.

Unit was very clean. Great supply of towels in both bathrooms and also had washer/dryer combo in master bath. The kitchen was well stocked, the only thing I needed that was not supplied was a tea pitcher. Side by side fridge/freezer was clean and made ice quickly. We had no issues with the ac. Unit comes with two beach chairs and umbrella. Not sure what time you have to be at the beach to get front row, but I do know it is before 6:30 during peak season. I would recommend this unit and would return.

I would 100% stay here again! Very very clean and we have stayed in this building before and this unit was by far the best! The furniture was all very comfortable, had perfect view of the ocean and we were able to walk to the beach so easily! I will be booking our may trip in this unit again. The host was very responsive when we had a small issue with the air conditioning and was fixed in 20 min. Amazing stay and amazing host! My kids absolutely loved the pool as well and the restaurant inside the building. The front desk helped us accommodate our massive van as well as we didn’t fit in the garage and all outside parking was taken. Love this unit and building over all! I’d book again without thinking twice.

Everything that is in the ad was delivered, great location, impeccable apartment, the only thing I can point out is that the slider doors are not soundproof, a lot of noise from the street passes into the rooms at night, otherwise we loved it, I recommend it and I will definitely come back again!

Great condo!
Loved the blinds! It’s great to look out and see the ocean but you need blinds sometimes. Our last place didn’t have any and it stunk. This was a very nice, clean place with all the dishes you would need and comfy beds/couches. We could log onto our own apps on the Roku but it also had lots of channels too. Tv remote in bedroom was kind of hard to work but I made my husband use that one. lol. Loved the showers and especially having a washer and dryer! Also loved having access to the on-site restaurant and beach bar. I thought it was easier to cross the street than use the walkway but that’s personal preference. The beaches are close to public access so pretty crowded but we didn’t mind. Street traffic is very constant and a lot of honking and some yelling in the evening. But it died down eventually. Also, no fault of the condo owners, but there’s only 2 elevators for 16 floors so you do have to be very patient, sometimes it took quite a while. All in all, we would definitely stay here again. It was a great condo and very close to the beach with all the amenities we wanted.

We loved this space and so did our kids! The only thing you need to know is BRING A COOKIE SHEET if you’re going to make cookies and coffee filters if you plan to use the 5 cup coffee maker. I bought some and left them there so you might get lucky to find them if they don’t get tossed! <br/>We LOVED the amenities. The kiddie pool and hot tub were perfect for us with our littles, and the beach is just across a not too busy street. At the bottom of the entrance there is a “borrow bucket” with beach toys for kids, and you can just walk up and grab an umbrella with chairs!!! Soooo convenient for moms and dads with little ones.

Surfside 903 was wonderful!
We stayed June 9-14. The unit was clean, had plenty of towels and all the kitchen stuff you could need. The pool and hot tub area is really nice and i love the walkway to the beach. The “tower” as i call it, down to the beach can be hard for little ones and older people. Three flights of stairs. I wish the checkout and checkin times were reversed. 4:00 is too late to check in and have any time on the beach. I would stay there again.

A+ From Rental to Relaxation
As a professional event and meeting planner, I am really picky about where I stay and look at properties and the rental experience differently than the average renter. The rental process was very pleasant and like dealing with a friend. Owner contacted us several times before and during trip to make sure we had what we needed. Response from owners was quick and honest. Rate was excellent and owners were willing to work with us to make a last minute trip possible. We were very pleased with the Surf Side property (not worn and old as some condo in the area), Surf Side employees, the condo and the access to the beach. Surf Side employees greeted us in the parking lot to give directions and assist in checking in. Carts were available for transporting items. We liked that the condo access was inside similar to a hotel room entrance. Parking was in a covered garage area with a short walk to inside the building. Restaurant and spa are also on property. Activities planned on beach for guests during stay. Beach access was available over a walkway or via across the street and was just a short distance. Two beach chairs and an umbrella were provided with the rental and were a great amenity. Beach was not as crowded as most Destin properties, since a designated area was for Surf Side. Pool area was great with several options for adults, children and smaller children and a bar area. Condo was well stocked with items you would need for cooking and living. Beach toys, additional chairs and games/books were provided for rainy days. Beach views were incredible from the 9th floor unit with angled walls/windows a view of the water from master, kitchen, living area and 2nd bedroom. Large balcony area with two access locations and great furniture. Location was close to shopping and restaurants and only a 5-10 minute drive to Destin attractions (water park). Honestly the only negative was we had to leave, but I am sure we will return again to enjoy the beach and this condo. Thanks to the owners for making this a great family vacation!
